Biography:

Civil dispute handling (partial):

1. The case of Shenzhen XX Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong XX Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. concerning the contractual dispute on the reservation of commercial property, represented at the retrial stage, and the judgement was changed by the Guangdong Provincial High Court, which saved 12 million yuan of economic losses for the client;

2. The case of contract dispute on the purchase and sale of commercial property between Liang and Guangzhou XX Real Estate Co., Ltd. in which the arbitration ruled that the developer had fundamentally breached the contract, and returned more than RMB 56 million of the purchase price and compensated the economic loss to the client;

3. A series of cases of bill dispute and sale contract dispute between Shanghai XX Material Co. and Guangzhou XX Real Estate Co., Ltd, which saved more than 10 million yuan of economic loss for the client;

4. A series of cases including contract dispute between Shaoguan XX Real Estate Company and Chongqing XX Construction Engineering Company, with a subject matter of about RMB 150 million. The construction unit did not co-operate with the acceptance, the original first instance that co-operation with the acceptance involves the authority of a number of administrative units, dismissed the lawsuit. Later, the parties entrusted our lawyers to intervene, and the case was remanded for retrial, and the judgement required the construction unit to cooperate with the acceptance inspection;

5. Huizhou XX Technology Co., Ltd. and Huizhou XX Real Estate Co., Ltd. joint venture, co-development of real estate contract disputes series of cases, in the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court of the second trial, the subject matter of the dispute amounted to more than 400 million yuan;

6. The case of civil loan contract dispute between Huizhou XX Industry Co., Ltd. and Huang Mou, which was heard at the second instance in Guangdong Provincial High Court, with the subject matter of dispute amounting to RMB 200 million.

Criminal defence (partial)：

1.Guangzhou XX Pharmaceutical Company and other suspected unit bribery, after many rounds of defence with the Procuratorate and the court, the court ultimately adopted the views of the lawyers, to obtain the results of the whole case the Procuratorate withdrew the case, all the parties acquitted;

2. Hongmoumou suspected of intentional homicide case, the first trial was sentenced to death immediately. Representation of the second trial defence, the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court adopted the lawyer's defence opinion, the second trial changed the sentence to death, suspended for two years, exempted from the death penalty;

3. Wu was involved in the case of smuggling of ordinary goods (involving more than US$4 million), and his sentence was commuted by the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court to 4 years' imprisonment after a complaint was lodged;

4. Zhan was suspected of six crimes, namely, embezzlement, illegal detention, collection of illegal debts, accommodating prostitution, illegal sale of land use rights, and illegal occupation of agricultural land, and was sentenced to 17 years and 8 months in the first trial. Representing the second trial defence, pointed out that a large number of facts are not clearly identified, the application of the law is wrong and other issues, the second trial to adopt the views of our lawyers, remanded for retrial;

5. Tian Mou was suspected of opening a casino, the starting point for 5 years, in the review and prosecution stage of the Procuratorate to adopt the lawyer's defence advice, from the opening of a casino to the gambling offence, the sentence was reduced from 5 years to 9 months;

6. Xie was suspected of bribery offence with serious circumstances, the original sentencing recommendation was more than 5 years, our lawyer, based on the grasp of the time of promulgation of the new law and the study of the case, fought for the client to be adjudicated in accordance with the new law, reducing the term of imprisonment by 2 years.

Administrative Disputes (Partial)：

1. Dispute between Guangzhou XX Real Estate Co., Ltd. and others and the People's Government of Conghua District for changing the original administrative act;

2. Dispute between Foshan XX Store and the People's Government of Beijiao Town, Foshan City over administrative penalties;

3. Dispute between Foshan XX Co., Ltd. and the People's Government of Xingtan Town, Foshan City over administrative penalties;

4. A dispute between Guangdong XX School and Nanxiong City Natural Resources Bureau over administrative expropriation;

5. A dispute between Pan and others and the People's Government of Xinfeng County over changing the original administrative act;

6. A dispute between Xu and the People's Government of Matou Township over administrative compensation.
