NEO-ARK LAW FIRM Engineering Construction and Infrastructure Investment Law Research Center focuses on legal research in the field of engineering construction and infrastructure investment, and is committed to combining practice and theory, with the aim of promoting legal research and academic exchanges among Loyal Law Firm colleagues in the field of engineering construction and infrastructure investment.

The research center is headed by Mr. Zeng Fanlong, former deputy general manager and general counsel of CCCC Fourth Shipping Engineering Bureau, Mr. Huang Jianqiu, director of the firm and PPP expert of National Development and Reform Commission, as executive director, Mr. Sun Jianhui, senior partner of the firm, as executive deputy director, and Ms. Tan Huiyi, secretary general. Most of the members of the Center are graduate students or above, and have profound professional theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of engineering construction and infrastructure investment. The projects that the firm has represented or is serving include: Foshan Bailan Chunxiao Project West Lot Project, Pengzhou Munyang New City Land Cooperative Development Project, Foshan Metro Line 2 PPP+EPC+TOD Project, Jiangxi Province Jingdezhen China Village Construction PPP Project, Yangshan Chengnan Three Old Transformation Government Land Storage PPP Project, etc.
