NEO-ARK LAW FIRM's New Media and Intellectual Property Law Research Center aims to create more opportunities for clients and legal colleagues to exchange new media and intellectual property law knowledge and share resources, in order to promote legal research in a more comprehensive and professional manner, strengthen the practical experience of legal practice, and thus improve the professionalism of our firm in this field.
The Research Centre is headed by senior partner Liang Xiaofeng, with senior partner Zou Tao as the Executive Director, senior partner Zhang Feijun as the Deputy Director, and Xiong Haomin as the Secretary General. The research centre regularly organises salon activities and case sharing sessions, pays attention to and collates the latest legal and regulatory developments in the industry, and publishes and shares research results. Based on the experience of our lawyers in handling cases in the field of new media and intellectual property and the integration of resources, the centre is constantly developing and innovating to create value for clients through legal services.
