Work Experience:
Ms Pan Wenjing is the senior partner and managing partner of NEO-ARK Law Firm. Ms Pan graduated from the Law School of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2012, and practiced in a law firm right after graduation. She has been working as a lawyer for more than ten years, with solid theoretical knowledge and rich working experience. Ms Pan's work ability has also been affirmed and recognised by many government departments, so she has been employed as a mediator in courts and women's federations, an arbitrator in arbitration commissions, and a part-time teacher in colleges and universities, etc. She is also an expert in corporate legal consultancy, and has worked as a legal advisor for a number of companies.
Ms Pan specializes in corporate legal consultancy, and has rich experience in corporate legal risk prevention and control, labour and employment risk management, contract drafting and review, receivables management and other corporate compliance.
