Work Experience:

Professor Mo has long been engaged in teaching and research on criminal technology and social security management at the police academy. Since 1984, he has been working as a part-time lawyer at Guangdong No. 1 Law Firm and has handled many criminal, civil and administrative cases, which have been well received by the clients. The book 'Speech in Court', which was selected and prepared by Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice and Guangdong Law Association, was published by Guangdong People's Publishing House, and one civil case and two criminal cases handled by Mo Desheng were selected in the book. Professor Mo Desheng has a solid theoretical level of long-term teaching in the police academy, and combined with the practice of handling cases for many years, has accumulated a wealth of experience in handling cases. He has published many influential books in different publishers and newspapers, and has handled many major classic cases and won many awards.

Cases Handled (partial):

1. The case of Zeng Mou, former director of Huzhou City Public Security Bureau, who was suspected of accepting bribes and unexplained source of huge property, was sentenced to death in the first trial and executed immediately, and the sentence was changed to death suspended in the second trial after defense;

2. Fogang County, a number of workers suspected of robbery and murder case, due to insufficient evidence, the Guangdong Provincial High Court treated as not guilty;

3. Wu Moumou suspected of illegal business and environmental pollution case, the final court adopted the lawyer's defense opinion, found not guilty of illegal business, environmental pollution obtained a light sentence;

4. Hong Kong resident Huang Moumou suspected of smuggling weapons case, smuggling six guns, identified as real guns, the statutory penalty in more than seven years of fixed-term imprisonment, the final court adopted the lawyer's defense, sentenced Huang Moumou suspended sentence;

5. The former Maoming oil company employees Zoumoumou knife intentional homicide case, the court sentenced the death penalty suspended for two years, Zoumoumoumou was not executed;

6. A village in Maonan District, etc. v. Maoming Municipal People's Government and a village in Gaocheng City, the third party, and other forest land disputes, from the Central Court to the Provincial High Court, eventually helped the plaintiff, a village in Maonan District, to win back one hundred mu of land;

7. had been invited by Wuchuan City Public Security Bureau, assisted Zhanjiang, Wuchuan two levels of public security organs to solve the Wuchuan traffic police Chen Mou shooting murder case, according to the scene investigation, field test and all the evidence, comprehensive analysis of the characterization of manslaughter, not intentional homicide, the public prosecution and law and the parties are convinced to adopt, calmed the heated disputes;

8. Was invited by Shaoguan City Public Security Bureau, to assist Shaoguan, Nanxiong two levels of public security organs to solve a three-murder case in Nanxiong City, the case for a long time unsolved, the indoor crime scene is complex and changeable, the means of crushing bodies is elusive, the perpetrators have the ability to counter-investigation, after careful analysis, the case was finally solved, by the local public security organs and the public praise. And so on.
