Cases Handled (partial):

1、Civil and Commercial part:

(1) Acting for Fei Lu v. a company in Foshan for malicious prosecution of intellectual property disputes, which is one of the few cases successfully found that the other party constituted malicious prosecution;

(2) Acting for Feilu Fan Factory v. a company in Foshan in a trademark infringement case, in which the infringing mark had been approved for registration, and through administrative procedures and civil litigation procedures, the infringing mark was eventually invalidated and the defendant assumed responsibility for the infringement;

(3) Represented Konka Company v. Shengzhou City, a company in a trademark infringement and unfair competition case, in which the infringing subject attempted to evade legal liability through malicious cancellation, and through a large amount of evidence and accurate legal basis, made its associated infringing subject bear joint and several liability;

(4) Represented Sofia Company v. Jiaxing City, a company in a trademark infringement case. The case broke through the general rules of the classification table and found that the infringing goods involved in the case constituted similarity to the goods approved for use with the registered trademarks in Class 6 and Class 20 at the same time, so that the rights and interests of the right holder were effectively remedied;

(5) Represented JCDecaux v. Jiangmen a company in a dispute over infringement of trademark and unfair competition, and found that the defendant constituted both trademark infringement and unfair competition.

2、Criminal part:

(1) Represented Yuan and 20 others in a case involving the production and sale of counterfeit and shoddy products, involving an amount of over 100 million yuan, and after defense, the prosecutor's office decided not to prosecute the suspects;

(2) Represented Yao in a case of suspected hit-and-run with dangerous goods, in which the property damage exceeded one million yuan, and the court applied a suspended sentence to the defendant;

(3) Represented Tan and 21 others in a case of suspected fraud and obstruction of credit card management, in which the procuratorate made a decision not to approve the arrest of the suspects during the investigation stage;

(4) Represented Lu in the case of embezzlement, bribery and misappropriation of office, and the defense work achieved the expected effect of the client.
