Work Experience:
Professor Fan graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1983 and started to work, and has been engaged in university law education for 35 years until 2018, with rich experience in legal theory and practical work. he started to work as a part-time lawyer in 1988 and has undertaken a large number of civil and commercial cases since then.
