Work Experience:

As the first person in charge, Professor Lin Weiye has presided over 6 scientific research projects of public security investigation at provincial and ministerial levels, published 12 books on law and investigation as the first author or chief editor, and published hundreds of academic papers on law and investigation as the first author or independent contributor. His teaching achievements have won the first prize of Guangdong Province twice, and his scientific research achievements have won the Golden Shield Book Award of the Ministry of Public Security and the Outstanding Thesis Award of Social Sciences of Guangdong Province.


Professor Lin has been teaching and researching law and investigation at Guangdong Police College for a long time, and has served as the head of the investigation department and the director of the scientific research department, with the rank of police inspector II.


Professor Lin Weiye has been a part-time lawyer since 1984, specializing in criminal defense, real estate litigation and non-litigation agency, legal counsel and other lawyer business, has undertaken more than 100 criminal defense cases, real estate litigation and non-litigation cases more than 200, has served as legal counsel for more than 40 enterprises and institutions.
