Civil Cases:

1. Dispute over Right to Life, representing the Petitioner for Retrial (Original Trial Plaintiff).Upon the client's entrustment, we applied for a retrial. The case was remanded for retrial by the Guangdong Provincial High Court, which revised the original judgment and secured substantial compensation for the client.

2. Concrete Sales Contract Dispute (Involving Criminal and Civil Crossovers), representing the Seller. When the buyer applied to suspend the proceedings on the grounds that their employee was involved in a criminal case, we successfully persuaded the court to continue the trial by accurately arguing that the criminal and civil legal relationships did not conflict. Ultimately, we recovered the full amount of the outstanding payment.

3. Labor Arbitration Dispute, representing the Parent Company. As the representative of the parent company, we successfully argued that the parent and subsidiary companies are independent legal entities without commingling of personalities, thereby avoiding the parent company being added as a respondent. The arbitration tribunal ultimately dismissed all of the employee's claims.

4. Tort Case, representing the Plaintiff. In the absence of objective evidence, we utilized practical experience and logical reasoning to persuade the judge, resulting in a judgment that fully granted the plaintiff's claims.

5. Insurance Contract Dispute, representing a Meituan Delivery Rider. The rider was injured during delivery and assessed as having a ninth-degree disability. Despite the rider having received social insurance compensation, we successfully secured additional compensation from the insurance company.

6. Financial Loan Contract Dispute, representing the Defendant Guarantor.** Faced with the bank's demand for the guarantor to assume liability, we applied for handwriting verification, which successfully proved that the guarantor's signature was forged. Based on this, the court ruled that our client was not liable.

International Litigation:

1. Multimodal Transport Contract Dispute (Involving International Maritime and Air Transport), representing the Carrier. After the carrier transported e-cigarettes to the UK, the goods were confiscated by customs. By applying relevant international treaties, we successfully limited the carrier's liability, exempting them from high compensation demands beyond the liability limits.

2. Dispute over Maritime/Inland Waterway Transport and Freight Forwarding Contract, representing the Carrier. The carrier transported goods to the US. Despite the lack of delivery notes as evidence, we successfully recovered the full freight payment for the carrier.

Administrative Litigation:

1. Dispute over Ownership of Mountain Land, Forest Land, and Forest Rights.By initiating administrative litigation, we successfully obtained the revocation of county and municipal-level administrative decisions that had granted ownership of the disputed land to another party. This cleared a major legal obstacle for our client to ultimately secure ownership rights.

2. Administrative Confirmation of Forest Land Ownership and Review Dispute, representing the Appellant who lost at first instance.During the second instance, through systematic analysis and submission of supplementary evidence, we successfully demonstrated the insufficient legal basis for the challenged administrative ruling and review decision. The court consequently revised the judgment, overturning the first-instance ruling and the administrative acts of both government levels.

Criminal Cases:

1. Contract Fraud (Beijing),The client was granted bail pending trial following attorney meetings and legal communications.
