Work Experience:
Dr. Lan Wei has a deep knowledge of legal theory and rich experience in teaching and scientific research in law. He teaches core courses of law such as Civil Law, Contract Law, Property Law, Company Law, Civil Procedure Law and Criminal Procedure Law, etc. He is majoring in the research of civil and commercial law and litigation law, and has published more than ten papers in provincial-level or above professional journals. He has published 5 papers in core journals, and his thesis 'On the Legal Remedies for the Loss of Evidence in China' won the first prize in the annual meeting of Guangxi Litigation Law in 2006; he has presided over and participated in four projects at the hospital and provincial level, all of which have been completed. He is experienced in part-time social work and skilled in legal practice.
