With over ten years of experience in intellectual property practice, I have previously worked at a leading domestic patent agency and a consumer electronics company, accumulating extensive expertise in patent prosecution, patent invalidation, and patent enforcement. I specialize in handling overseas intellectual property disputes, domestic and international patent applications and invalidations, FTO (Freedom-to-Operate) analyses, TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) matters, and related services.

1.Patent Prosecution: Has handled over 500 patent applications, serving renowned domestic and international enterprises and institutions such as Fosun International, Biostime, Smoore, Peking University, and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

2.Patent Disputes: During my tenure as in-house counsel, I managed multiple intellectual property litigations and exhibition dispute cases in the UK, Japan, and China involving a multinational industry leader

3.Other Engagements: Provided trade secret advisory services to a well-known domestic pharmaceutical company and delivered FTO reports along with related consulting services for a large-scale chemical enterprise in China
